Cnc lathe suppliers compared on one inclusion list

Project sourcing here means lining up comparable factory replies from cnc lathe suppliers. Each bidder should state what the quote includes, which jaws and turret stations are in the base price, and which tooling, installation, shipping, training and commissioning items sit outside that number. We restack those rows; we do not score plants as certified or in stock.

Supplier shortlist

Supplier shortlist
Decision point Evidence or question
Supplier shortlist: Upstream Collect chuck size, bar capacity, spindle speed, connected load, bar-fed versus chuck-loaded loading, live-tooling features, coolant and chip handling, three-phase supply, compressed air, cooling water, footprint and destination. If a factory quotes a family name without those fields, it is not yet on a comparable shortlist.
Control boundary Ask every bidder to list: base machine; first jaw or collet set; extra stations; bar feeder; chip conveyor; controls cabinet; software license if any; installation; training; spare parts; shipping terms. Blank rows are treated as excluded. FAT and SAT attendance are separate lines. Tool and coolant assumptions that underlie the complete part cycle must be written, not implied by a brochure cycle time.
Downstream After replies arrive, we place included and excluded rows next to each other so a lower machine price is not compared with a turnkey cell. Work envelope, turret interference and PLC or robot interface still need supplier confirmation on the intended loading method. No percentage saving is published because this project has no matched total-cost evidence.

Cnc Lathe Sourcing coordinates the RFQ. The buyer still owns destination, quantity, delivery window and plant utilities. The named factory still owns process feasibility and the written scope of its quotation. Adjacent mills or machining centers need a separate brief; they are not added to this shortlist to fill a table.
